***** KIDS TUNA PIZZA *****

Here's a little recipe that we've been doing a lot lately and trying it out with lots of different toppings.

Tortilla wrap , Tuna Pizza!

The beauty about this is you can dress the Pizza with anything you want! Also great for adults. Not exclusively for the little ones :D

5 minute prep time - 10 minute cooking time

- Shines Wild Irish Albacore Tuna ( Tin or Jar)
- Tortilla Wraps ( Wholemeal )
- Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
- Grated Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Basil ( fresh or dried)
- Olive oil
- Mixed veg of your choice.

Pre-Heat oven to 180 Degrees

- Sauce - place tin of chopped tomatoes into a jug and add 1tsp of salt 1tsp of pepper , 2tbs olive oil and 1tbs of dried basil. ( Hand full of fresh basil if using) and blitz in a blender.

- Place tortilla wrap on grease proof paper on an oven tray and add sauce. about 2 -3 tbs of sauce spread evenly.

- Put a few hand fulls of grated cheese over the sauce.

- Add your veg toppings

- Add Tuna. You can add tuna to the pizza before cooking or after cooking.

TIP - Don't use too much sauce as the base wont crisp up enough if you use too much. Don't use too much cheese either.

Enjoy! :D
